The Role:

As a Store Consultant, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their storage needs and provide tailored solutions. You'll be responsible for conducting centre tours, maintaining centre presentation, and ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
• Conducting centre tours and showcasing our facilities to potential customers.
• Maintaining centre presentation, cleanliness, and achieving budgeted KPI goals.
• Maintaining a safe and secure centre by following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Performing general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
