Construction Manager

Lycopodium Limited is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and directing site activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct site activities to ensure alignment with client and project requirements.
- Oversee the construction team to ensure high-quality output and adherence to company, client, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources, including people, materials, machinery, and processes, to meet client requirements within timelines and budget.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and provide weekly reports, updates, and feedback on construction progress.
- Oversee procurement, purchasing, and transportation of site equipment in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Advise the relevant Manager immediately of any safety or environmental, community, or industrial relations incidents in accordance with approved company policy and procedures.
- Technical Certificate or Tertiary Education Qualification, Degree, or Diploma in Construction Management (desirable) or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in various aspects of construction supervision in the mineral processing construction and related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and coworkers.
- Solid technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while consistently producing high-quality deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within budgetary and schedule constraints.
