About the Purchasing Officer Role:

The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for procuring goods and services to support Drilling Services and other business functions across the Asia Pacific region.

The position is based in Adelaide, reporting directly to the Regional Supply Chain Manager.

Key duties include timely conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders or internal sales orders, driving Business Process Improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with the Perth Distribution Centre, and representing Supply Chain at local meetings.

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of all supply chain functions
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Effective communication skills
