This is a part-time role based in Hamilton, relocating to Bracken Ridge soon with consistent weekday hours:
- Mondays: 7:00am–5:00pm
- Fridays: 6:00am–4:00pm
- No weekends required with potential extra hours if needed
The position involves both childcare and light household management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing breakfast and daily meals for the children
- Planning engaging activities like play, reading, and creative time for the kids
- Running errands including grocery unpacking and laundry
- Prepping a simple family meal for evening
- Supporting bath time and evening routines before parent handover
- Creating a calm, structured, and positive household environment
Required skills include:
- Experience in nannying, early childhood education, or structured childcare roles
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to manage children and light household tasks with ease
- Excellent references showcasing reliability, maturity, and warmth
- Valid working rights in Australia and relevant safety checks (e.g., Working with Children Check)
