Vacation Rental Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Vacation Rental Cleaning Specialist to join our team at VargasAndrews. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vacation rental suites, exceeding guest expectations with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
About the JobAs a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital part in ensuring our suites meet the highest standards of hospitality. Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly clean all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
Key Expectations- Thoroughness: Clean all surfaces, behind furniture, underneath furniture, skirting boards, and cornice.
- Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details, including corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Timeliness: Complete cleaning services within the agreed-upon timeframe for each session.
- Use of Proper Cleaning Techniques: Utilize industry-standard and appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces, materials, and areas.
- Proper Handling of Cleaning Products: Use cleaning products in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
- Respect for Property and Furnishings: Exercise care and caution while cleaning to prevent damage to property, furniture, fixtures, and other items.
- Communication: Promptly communicate any issues or concerns related to the cleaning services.
- Adherence to Schedule: Adhere to the agreed-upon cleaning schedule and communicate any changes in advance.
- Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional and workmanlike manner.
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
