We are currently seeking a highly skilled Retail Pricing Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

This key role will be based in Crestmead, QLD and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of state retail pricing data.

As the data administrator for our retail pricing suite of programs, you will provide support to the business by championing the independent retailer to grow sales which support Food Group strategies.

The successful candidate will report to the State Retail Pricing Manager and will require excellent systems skills, communication skills and the ability to think flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Able to administer Base and Competition Price Books
  • Administer other retail pricing processes in the ERP system
  • Data is entered in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity
  • Maintain the Retail Pricing Inbox daily and action queries in accordance to agreed targets
  • Provide support for the State & National teams for Retail Pricing and proactively identify issues and resolve to minimise impact on retailers and shoppers
  • Ensure all queries internal and external responded to in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills that build partnerships with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Experience with data or promotions role in FMCG
  • An understanding of administrative processes involved in managing retail pricing
  • A collaborative style that supports teams and colleagues
  • Understanding of the Independent Retailer network and shoppers
  • Able to manage time in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy & attention to detail
