Home Care Nurse

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in delivering nursing care to clients within their homes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality client-focused care in a community setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Able to provide skilled nursing services to individuals over 65 and those living with a disability
- Manage and administer medication, with a focus on responsible delivery
- Experience with Catheter and Stoma care is essential
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience working in the community care sector
- Passion for community care and ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Proficiency and confidence in using technology daily
