Games Manager Job Description

Are you a motivated and skilled professional looking for a challenging role in the entertainment industry? We are seeking a highly qualified Games Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Games Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of games and attractions, leading a team of gaming professionals, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about all games and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the efficient operation of games and attractions by utilizing technical and organizational skills;
  • To lead and manage a team of gaming professionals to achieve exceptional guest experiences;
  • To maintain a high level of knowledge about all games and attractions, including rules, strategies, and operational procedures;
  • To collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns;
  • To maintain accurate records and reports of game performance, player statistics, and other relevant data;
  • To identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction;
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of new games and attractions;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the entertainment industry;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred;
