Project Management Opportunity

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently and profitably. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and labor resources, maintain program and productivity, and drive the highest standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor resources.
  • Monitor and control labor productivity, ensuring cost-effective delivery and adherence to program.
  • Maintain quality control through inspections, compliance checks, and rectification management.
  • Oversee technical delivery—ensuring drawings, specifications, and standards are correctly implemented.
  • Drive and enforce WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Manage procurement, logistics, and site resourcing requirements.
  • Track progress against program, prepare daily/weekly reports, and contribute to project financial control.
  • Support contract administration by reviewing claims, variations, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.

Criteria:
  • Open driver's license.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Trade qualified or extensive construction supervision background.
  • Experience delivering commercial or multi-residential projects.
  • Demonstrated success in labor cost management and quality supervision.
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts and project documentation.
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.
