About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Blakeney Lodge in Tumut, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assisting with personal care, day-to-day tasks, and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure effective care plans are implemented.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and healthy environment for residents.
Requirements
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing quality care to the elderly.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse people and cultures.
