Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide everyday living support, including personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and more.
  2. Facilitate community inclusion and participation based on client needs and preferences.
  3. Assist with physical and mobility requirements.
  4. Demonstrate positive and professional behavior.
  5. Promote person-centred care.
  6. E nsure client wellbeing and safety, performing duty of care.
  7. Follow established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Current First Aid Certificate/CPR or equivalent.
  • Driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Empathy, respect, integrity.
  • NDIS Courses.
