We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Telstra Store Albury.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maximise sales by providing expert product and service information to customers, driving sales growth and achieving performance targets.
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering great customer experiences.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly advantageous.
