Key Responsibilities- Clinical Expertise: Provide early childhood intervention physiotherapy support within a family-centered, strength-based framework.
- Measurement and Reporting: Manage client caseloads effectively and contribute to service effectiveness by ensuring accurate documentation and data management.
- Team Responsibilities: Participate in case conferences and clinical reviews, and assist in quality initiatives and development projects.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent with current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience working with children in a multidisciplinary team.
- Theoretical Frameworks: Knowledge of relevant theoretical frameworks for working with children.
- Approaches: Experience in family-centered, strength-based approaches.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Make a Difference: Work directly with children and families, helping them achieve meaningful participation in their everyday lives.
