Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Aged Care team in Mandurah. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered physiotherapy services to our clients in a residential aged care facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered physiotherapy services to clients in a residential aged care facility
  • Work collaboratively with the onsite Aged Care team to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (Physio) or approved equivalent
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • National Police Clearance
  • PI & PL Insurance
  • Flu and COVID vaccinations
