Job Description:

We seek experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our Tumut, NSW maintenance team.

This role involves rebuilding and overhauling pumps and valves, performing bearing changes and diagnostics, routine inspections, and servicing gearboxes and rotating equipment. Collaborate with team members to execute tasks safely and efficiently.

To succeed, you must hold trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting and have experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments. Preferably, you will have knowledge of valves, pumps, gearboxes, or similar mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rebuilding and overhauling pumps and valves
  • Performing bearing changes and mechanical fault diagnostics
  • Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Servicing gearboxes and rotating equipment
  • Collaborating with team members for task execution
