Store Manager Job Description

This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. As a Store Manager, you will drive sales and provide an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh food and retail, as well as a strong leadership style that fosters teamwork and inclusivity.

You will be required to work flexible hours, including early mornings, days, and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster, including weekends.

  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage stock levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure accurate inventory management.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and respect among colleagues and customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
