Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing clients with communication and swallowing disorders.

  • Clinical assessment and management of clients with complex needs;
  • Participation in multidisciplinary assessments (e.g. FASD);
  • Development and implementation of client-centered treatment plans;
  • Provision of training and resource development for clients and families;
  • Working with low and high tech augmentative and alternative communication (ACC) devices;

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech pathology principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification;
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia;
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with communication and swallowing disorders;
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
