SEO Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SEO Manager to join our team. As an SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and driving all SEO activities to improve key metrics and drive traffic to our websites.

This includes both onsite and offsite SEO strategies, with a strong emphasis on achieving high rankings across multiple international brand websites through natural organic search on all search engines.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of SEO experience in a similar role, preferably in ecommerce. They will also possess a strong background in SEO, technical implementation, and web analytics.

A key aspect of this role is conducting regular SEO audits and making necessary optimizations based on recommendations. The SEO Manager will also be responsible for driving SEO activities to improve key metrics and increase website traffic, focusing on both onsite and offsite optimization.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a deep understanding of CSS, HTML, and Javascript's impact on user experience and search engine visibility. You will also require experience in keyword research and creating meta descriptions.

Prioritizing innovative thinking and collaborative teamwork, the ideal candidate will be proficient with tools like Google Search Console, analytics software, SEO tools, content management systems, and agile project management.

You will be working closely with the Global Performance Director and business leaders to develop and implement a best practice SEO strategy. Your goal will be to achieve high rankings across brand websites through natural organic search on all search engines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and optimize site elements to improve ranking and drive traffic.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Analyze competitor and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices in SEO.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO with a focus on ecommerce.
