**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Life Coach to join our team at selectability. As a Life Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our members to achieve their goals and improve their mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members in setting and achieving meaningful goals to enhance their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and lead weekly programs to support members in building confidence, making friends, and accessing education and employment opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with members to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters personal growth and development.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to selectability's values and mission.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Experience working in the mental health industry, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a related field (highly desirable).
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain).
  • A current drivers' license and a roadworthy, registered, and comprehensively insured car.
  • A Blue Card with a Yellow Card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' completion certificate.
