Job Description:

As a Cleaning Operations Lead, you will be accountable for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are carried out to the highest standards.

You will provide support and direction to the team with cleaning tasks in your absence and oversee the effective management of the team's annual leave to ensure service delivery is met.

You must be proactive and able to resolve problems effectively with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough cleaning audits
  • Monitor and maintain high cleaning standards
  • Complete administrative paperwork and conduct audits
  • Communicate effectively with Line Managers and Clients
  • Assist with the training of the team
  • Maintain exceptional standards of Health & Safety
