About the Role">

This role requires a proactive individual who can support employees in their return to work following an injury. The successful candidate will be working with our team members to recover while remaining at work or returning to work.

As a key member of our WorkCover team, you will be aligned with our Corporate Richmond office and report to the Group WorkCover Manager. Your priority will be to support our Aged Care and Home Care teams where some travel may be required to build relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting employees to recover and return to work
  • Working collaboratively with the Group WorkCover Manager and other team members
  • Traveling to Aged Care and Home Care sites as required

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in injury management/return to work
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • A working understanding of the Worker's Compensation legislation, processes and employer obligations across State jurisdictions
  • Ability to develop and deliver various return to work initiatives
