About the Role

We are seeking caring and diligent Support Workers to provide care for our consumers located across the Sunshine Coast region. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in people's lives.

The successful candidates will be available Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm (with a minimum of 3 days of availability) and have access to their own car as they will be required to visit multiple clients within their own homes.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and serving.
  • Prompting medication and providing social support to clients.
  • Offering basic administrative and marketing support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in providing care within the Aged Care, Disability, or Veteran sectors.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability, or equivalent qualification.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • CPR and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Friendly and caring demeanor, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
