Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a key role in delivering memorable experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service with premium products to drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
  2. Collaborate as part of a high-performing team to process large volumes of stock, pick and pack click orders, and maintain store operations.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  1. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; however, a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture is highly valued.
  2. A commitment to providing excellent customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  3. Self-motivation, ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  4. The ability to listen and use feedback constructively to improve performance.
