As a vital member of our organization, you will provide high-quality industrial hygiene services to support the health and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk assessment and management plans to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Offer consultation and support to stakeholders on industrial hygiene concerns related to regulations, training, risk identification, hazard evaluation, and control activities.
  • Advise on initiating, implementing, and evaluating industrial hygiene policy, strategy, procedures, and programs within our Health Safety, Security and Environment Management System.
  • Identify and evaluate employee exposure to physical, biological, chemical, and ergonomic health stressors.
  • Maintain systems and compliance processes to assure adherence to regulations.
  • Facilitate and deliver training and technical presentations to employees and management on performance standard reviews, findings, and recommendations from workplace studies.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
  • Manage industrial hygiene records and participate in monthly reporting activities as required.
  • Exhibit behaviors consistent with Aspen Medical Corporate Values and Code of Conduct.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial or occupational hygiene practice, with a minimum of 10 years' experience and 5 years' experience in the health industry. A copy of your current CV, primary degree, post-graduate qualifications, and membership with the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygiene are also required.
