The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our KFC Gladstone restaurant, QLD. This role will involve assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members.

You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating managerial skills
  • Leading and motivating Team Members
  • Providing exceptional Customer service
  • Communicating effectively with Team Members and Customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate Team Members
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
  • A valid driver's license
  • Competent computer skills
