Job Title: Traffic Controller

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traffic Controller to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of traffic on our construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing effective traffic control services, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. You will be required to work collaboratively with site supervisors and project managers to ensure that all aspects of the job are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective traffic control services on construction sites
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure efficient job completion
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and contractors
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in traffic controlling/construction labouring
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Traffic control/White Card
  • Full PPE (hard hat, steel cap boots, cargo work pants, hi-vis shirts & jumpers, safety glasses)
  • Own reliable transport (preferred)

Work Requirements:

This is a full-time position, working 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability. You will be required to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances as needed.

Please note that this is not a remote work opportunity. You will be based at our site in Blacktown, NSW, and will be expected to commute or relocate before starting work.
