Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our innovative multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exercise physiology services to older adults, focusing on enhancing their wellbeing and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide EP services to older adults attending our centre-based programs, including individual and/or group modes of delivery
  • Assess and deliver evidence-based exercise programs, as well as provide health education to clients funded through the CHSP referred through My Aged Care, and those in receipt of a home care package
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide customer-centred care, ensuring each client receives tailored support to meet their unique needs
Essential Requirements
  • ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist
  • Demonstrated experience in completing physical assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based clinical interventions for clientele with a variety of health conditions
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, prioritising communication and collaboration
