We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Strategist to oversee the financial management and reporting operations of a growing organisation. This role will involve formulating and executing the company's financial strategy, working closely with the CEO and Advisory Board to develop business plans.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a commercial finance environment, with expertise in leading finance functions at executive level within fast-growing businesses. They will also possess high-level analytical skills and be able to provide strategic financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business plan
- Manage all aspects of the Finance function, including accounting and regulatory reporting requirements
- Direct and lead teams to achieve financial objectives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders at an executive level, providing strategic financial guidance and support
You Will Have:
- A degree in Accounting or Business, with CA or CPA qualification
- Proven track record of success in leading finance functions in commercial environments
- Experience in multiple locations/jurisdictions, with ability to adapt to new markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- A strong analytical mindset, with ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
