Club Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Operations Manager to lead our team and drive results. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club, championing and being accountable for its performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of the club and drive results through effective leadership and management.
  • Champion and be accountable for the performance of the club and the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail or sales management experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness is highly regarded but not essential.
