Casual Sales Assistant

We are seeking a talented and compassionate team member to join our retail operations as a Casual Sales Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
  • Collect, sort and price donations in store;
  • Develop and coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure;
  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
  • Demonstrate core values in all work-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales is not essential, but passion and ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex environment are key;
  • High energy, hands-on individual with proven track record in providing extraordinary customer service;
  • Integrity and willingness to align with our Mission and Values.

As a key member of our retail team, you will be required to work a rolling roster including weekends and be prepared to work across various locations in the retail area.
