Marketing Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer platforms, and content best practices.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed creator briefs outlining campaign objectives, brand tone, and deliverables.
  • Research and identify current trends to guide creative direction and campaign concepts.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to align content strategies with each brand's goals and audience.
  • Source and recommend creators who match brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct creator outreach, negotiating deliverables and timelines for gifted and paid collaborations.
  • Manage influencer relationships across gifting campaigns and paid partnerships.
  • Coordinate and develop PR boxes for influencers, ensuring brand presentation and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, UGC production, content creation, or account management preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, influencer platforms, and content best practices.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of brand storytelling.
