The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Specialist to join our Transactions Growth Markets team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data and providing insights to inform investment decisions related to alternative assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to assess the viability of potential investments.
  • Providing due diligence support through transactional activity, ensuring accurate analysis and thorough reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize financial performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis, valuations, or funds management, preferably within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to draw insights from complex financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
