Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team, bringing expertise in delivering transformative digital solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

As a key member of our consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in IT/OT systems integration, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. They should be passionate about helping clients succeed through digital transformation and have a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.

• Client Delivery: Lead the delivery of digital transformation projects across various industries, focusing on practical, value-driven outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with client teams to analyze needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
• Project Management: Lead workstreams and ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget.
• Knowledge Sharing: Maintain high billable utilization and apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage delivery risks while ensuring project quality.
• Training and Adoption: Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams, support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.

• Asset Development: Develop consulting assets, methods, and tools to enhance the quality of our services.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including articles, presentations, and intellectual property.
• Internal Training: Participate in internal training initiatives and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Mentorship: Support onboarding and mentoring of junior consultants.

• Proposal Development: Collaborate with Rockwell Automation account teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Sales Enablement: Provide subject matter input and delivery expertise to support sales efforts.
• Service Differentiation: Help articulate Kalypso's differentiators and service offerings to clients.
• Qualification and Discovery: Participate in opportunity qualification and discovery discussions.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
• Skills: Proven experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects; excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel (~10–20%); primarily in the South Pacific region.

• SCRUM/Agile Methodology: Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology or certifications.
• Organizational Change Management: Experience with Organizational Change Management or certifications.
