About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a full-time experienced technician to join a well-established team of professionals who value open communication, punctuality, and reliability. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, who has over a decade of experience, you will work with a team that prioritizes teamwork and collaboration. The successful candidate will have extensive technical, trade, and leadership skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment.
- Conducting warranty services and performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.
- Addressing mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems.
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a HVAC Technician.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Able to take direction well and learn quickly on the job.
- Holding the following licenses: Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Refrigerant Handling (ARCtick) Licence, QLD Restricted Electrical Licence, and a Current QLD MANUAL Drivers Licence.
