About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Harris Geospatial Solutions. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in the management of contracts for our Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Preparation and Execution
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Support the development and maintenance of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Process subcontract modifications and ensure timely responses to contractual changes
  • Manage the transfer of information to suppliers via secure websites
  • Coordinate supplier vetting requests and quality approvals
Invoice Processing and Resolution
  • Process invoices for Commercial and Government subcontracts and resolve associated problems with receipts and/or invoicing
Contract File Management
  • Ensure files are maintained in compliance with Harris Geospatial Solutions' policies and government requirements
  • Manage the creation, management, and archiving of contract and subcontract files and required documentation
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support for high volumes of change, including the ability to follow the contractual change process and other change mechanisms
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure deadlines are met and assist in the flow-downs between the head contract and subcontracts
Contractual Compliance and Governance
  • Work collaboratively with the broader Commercial Team to ensure contractual compliance and governance requirements are adhered to
Reporting and Audits
  • Contribute to the management of all contractual processes and reporting, both internal and external
  • Support internal and external audits
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Contract Management, Finance, Commerce, Law, etc.) from a recognized institution, and/or equivalent relevant commercial experience
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Possess excellent communication skills, quality commitment, customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, and be adaptable
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and program teams
  • Exposure or experience with Federal Contracts, specifically Federal Aviation Administration
  • Experience with PeopleSoft
