Leading Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead business development activities and deliver high-quality projects in Air Traffic Management (ATM).
This role involves developing and strengthening relationships with key clients, including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, Civil Aviation Authority NZ, and Pacific Island Air Navigation Providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our ATM pipeline, securing new opportunities, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities to build our ATM order intake.
- Deliver high-quality ATM projects for ANZ and Pacific clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including those mentioned above.
- Collaborate with international teams to leverage global expertise and deliver superior proposals.
- Support recruitment and development of additional ATM resources as the pipeline grows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 8 - 10+ years' experience in Air Traffic Management / Aviation consulting.
- Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in winning and delivering work in a consultancy environment.
- Experience working in a matrix, global consultancy, building relationships across regions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
