About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Officer to join our team at RFBI's Goulburn Village. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meals that meet food safety standards and nutritional guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety programs and provide efficient and effective food service.
  • Assist in meal preparation and catering for special functions.
  • Prepare the dining area for mealtimes and serve food and drinks to residents.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, ensuring all cleaning and dishwashing is done in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in Safe Food Handling and Preparation.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of Food Safety principles.
  • Knowledge of special dietary needs for the elderly.
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
