Automotive Operations Manager

Leopard Recruitment is a leading provider of talent solutions in the automotive industry. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our client's service operations across multiple sites and vehicle manufacturers.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience as an Automotive Dealership Aftersales / Service Manager or Service 2IC. They will be responsible for ensuring all service operations run smoothly, mentoring service advisors, analyzing data to drive decision-making, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the service team, building trust and rapport with internal stakeholders
- Develop capabilities of the service team, utilizing company DMS proficiently
- Supervise and manage all service department processes, including equipment maintenance and compliance
- Conduct employee meetings to understand their needs and areas of attention
- Monitor and work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
