We are looking for a skilled and experienced Vet Nurse to join our team as a Head Veterinary Nurse. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of vet nurses and supporting busy vets in delivering high standards of patient care.

About the Role:

  • Manage and motivate a team of vet nurses to achieve exceptional results
  • Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Take initiative to enhance patient care and client experience

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Holds a Cert IV qualification in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3+ years of experience
  • Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A calm and friendly presence
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible and adaptable within a team environment
  • Knowledge of RX Works is an advantage but not essential
