Guests can enjoy local cuisine at our renowned restaurant, casual drinks and meals at the atmospheric bar, or start the day with a delicious breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant.

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and lead the hotel's F&B Operation including Banquets and Outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the performance of the hotel's F&B Operation including Banquets and Outlets (Restaurant, Bar)
  • Work closely with the leadership team to create the F&B vision
  • Support the F&B Supervisors and team members in the execution and delivery with a focus on ensuring food and beverage quality, guest service quality standards, departmental revenue and profit goals are met
  • Ensure the food & beverage department adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work alongside a team and collaborate with key stakeholders; invoking the ability to explore new ways of working around how we can drive the hotel opening, engage & inspire the colleagues and deliver on modern restaurant experiences.
  • Demonstrated capability in influencing and impacting business strategy and exposure to working in a modern food environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with guests and champion a restaurant concept alongside strong financial, analytical and business acumen partnered with proven ability to deliver on set targets.
  • Hold the unlimited and unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol.
  • Be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster.
  • Possess a passion for exceeding guest expectations and ensuring our guests enjoy an effortless stay.
