Job Title: Coordinator Quality
Job Summary:
The Coordinator Quality & Compliance will assist the Manager Academic Quality & Capability in coordinating the registration and compliance requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the College's scope of registration and maintenance processes, including the effective coordination, monitoring and review of Training Package Qualifications and Accredited Courses within the College's scope of registration, in accordance with quality principles and requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance and compliance strategies to ensure the College meets the required standards.
- Provide support to the Manager Academic Quality & Capability in the coordination of quality and compliance activities, including the review and maintenance of quality and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality and compliance activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including training package developers and accrediting authorities, to ensure the College's compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for quality and compliance enhancements.
- Develop and implement quality and compliance training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the required standards.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training sector, including training package requirements.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Well-developed organisational skills.
