Enterprise IT Solutions Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Solutions Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

The Enterprise IT Solutions Analyst will be responsible for studying business composition, processes, and informational needs of an organization to develop solutions that enhance the effectiveness of company applications and systems. This role involves participating in the implementation of Information Technologies projects by interfacing with production teams, analyzing operations, determining project scope, documenting results and process flows, creating procedure manuals, and identifying resources and schedule activities.

The primary responsibility of this role will be the implementation, maintenance, and improvements of ERP Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Production modules for ERP systems throughout the enterprise. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for incident triage, management, and resolution for ERP issues; developing solutions, workflow charts, and diagrams; and communicating information effectively to internal customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in system analysis and design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Microsoft Office365 applications, particularly Excel advanced functions.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology;
  • At least 3+ years of direct work experience as a Business/Systems Analyst in an ERP environment;
  • Nav or Business Central administration/implementation experience;
  • Shopify management is a plus;
  • Proven ability with Microsoft Office365 applications, particularly Excel advanced functions;
  • Effective time management, task prioritization, and ability to consistently meet deadlines;
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a proven self-starter mentality and highly motivated to make proactive changes;
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly analytical aptitude;
  • Fluent in English oral and written.
