About the Role

  • Effectively manage activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with objectives.
  • Ensure project runs according to plans with appropriately skilled staff available at required times to complete tasks.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical support personnel in completing assigned scopes.
  • Manage work in accordance with project schedules and budgets.

About You

  • Educated in Electrical Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Ideal 2-5 years of experience working in mining and minerals studies and/or projects.
  • Previous experience in process plants and mining projects in operations or construction is essential.
  • Substantial exposure to project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • EPCM/EPC experience including supervision of contractors and field personnel is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a zero-harm environment.
