Care Coordinator Role

This full-time opportunity is located in Batemans Bay and offers a unique chance to gain experience in a dynamic aged care environment.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while developing your skills and expertise.

The successful candidate will have current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA), a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, and strong clinical, care planning and AN-ACC experience.

  • Permanent, Full-time role working 38 hours per week.

  • Experience as an Educator highly regarded

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
