Client Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and ambitious professional to drive strong partnerships and innovative media solutions for our clients.

  • The ideal candidate will uncover data-led insights and apply econometric modelling to inform media strategy, challenging clients constructively and credibly to drive impact.
  • They will partner directly with leaders in the business to drive growth, use excellent relationship management skills to build trusted and successful partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and media, and lead a small team across client service and media planning.
  • The successful candidate will manage team resourcing, workflow, and performance to ensure delivery against KPIs, identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities across existing accounts, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Creative to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective media strategies that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and responsive communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire big ideas that push boundaries.
  • Stay ahead of media trends and share thought leadership across the agency.
