We are seeking a skilled Dietician to join our team at Humanity Health Group. As a Dietician, you will play a vital role in providing clinically informative assessments and developing evidence-based intervention plans to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct holistic assessments for clients in various environments
- Develop tailored intervention plans to improve client health and wellbeing
- Deliver and evaluate education and support services to NDIS participants and their families
- Provide accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of the target audience
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide individualised support plans
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and potential work
- Self-manage client activities to support positive outcomes
- Participate in professional development opportunities
- Fulfill administrative requirements, including record keeping and billing
- Approved degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with at least 2 years' experience
- Registration with the appropriate board (Dietitians Australia) or eligibility to obtain
- Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check or willingness to complete
- Current and unrestricted driver's license with access to own vehicle
- Passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients
- Evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with individuals with a disability is desirable but not required
