Job Title: Demand and Resource Manager\Abstract Job Description:\\

This role is responsible for the management of the Demand Management Framework, ensuring it provides an effective mechanism to identify, define and plan the provision of resources in a timely and efficient manner.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Develop and maintain the demand management framework, including associated processes and systems.\
  • Maintain effective relationships with project managers, DPT managers and customers to identify and plan resource provision.\
  • Develop executive and management reporting to create transparency on the demand pipeline and current program of work across DPTs.\
  • Undertake detailed analysis and provide recommendations on resource capacity and capability requirements.\
  • Negotiate conflicts to ensure customer demands and organisational priorities are met.\
  • Establish own work priorities and manage time effectively in a busy environment.\
  • Liaise and consult effectively with personnel at all levels within and external to eHealth Queensland to build strong working relationships.\
  • Design, implement and promote demand management practices within a large, complex service delivery organisation.\
  • High level understanding of end-to-end IT customer service delivery (ITSM/ITIL).\
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills.\
  • Demonstrated high level organisational skills.\
  • Reasonable travel may be required for this position.\
  • An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.\
