About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Talent Right. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and successful environment and want to be part of a fun and collaborative team.

The Service Coordinator will work closely with our projects and sales teams to accelerate and expand opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service for quoting and organizing upcoming preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborating with the Service department and external contractors for quoting and estimating labor and parts required to complete jobs.
  • Liaising with the Service department to ensure all work is booked and carried out in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with scheduling servicing and breakdowns.
  • Helping to bring new business into the Service department.
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with the following qualities:

  • Positive attitude, humble, reliable, and a team player.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical).
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Appreciation for high customer expectations.
  • Maintaining organized and efficient work practices.
  • Ability to learn and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
