We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sushi Artisan.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality sushi rolls that meet culinary standards by following precise recipes and utilizing manual dexterity skills
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent service and maintain a positive dining experience for guests
- Develop a strong understanding of menu offerings and make recommendations to customers as needed based on personal preferences and dietary requirements
- Previous experience in a roll-making or food preparation role demonstrating efficiency and accuracy under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative environment and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and procedures, including proper use and maintenance of utensils and appliances
