We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve great things.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, maintenance, and food and beverage.

You will also be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field;
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a hotel or resort environment;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with financial management systems and reporting;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
